Ballymagarvey Village

Things to do

Ballymagarvey’s location in Co. Meath, puts you right in the heart of some of the best golf courses in the country with Royal Tara, Headford, Killeen Castle, Laytown, Ashbourne, Black Bush, Ardee and others all close by.
You can also play cricket or croquet or try out your archery skills.
Would you like to go fishing or kayaking on the River Boyne? Maybe experience the thrill of karting or horseriding. We can organise it. Clay pigeon shooting? Falconry? Just ask us, and we will be happy to make the arrangements.
If you wish to be close to nature, follow the River Nanny through Ballymagarvey Farm, explore the fifty acres of woodland, wander through the countryside and enjoy a picnic or just sit for a while by the pond.  Please note that the grounds are of a rough terrain due to the heritage nature of the village.  Suitable footwear may be required.
If you feel like exploring more of Co. Meath, the world-famous heritage site of Newgrange is only fifteen minutes away and the Boyne Valley’s stunning, natural beauty awaits nearby.
